What is included in the setup fee?
The setup fee covers the initial installation of your sign and the first installation of your message. If you rent for three months or longer, the setup fee may be waived
Do I need a permit to rent a sign?
Some municipalities require permits for roadside signs. If needed, the renter is responsible for obtaining one, though we can assist with permit applications for an additional fee."
What happens if the letters are damaged or lost?
Our contract includes a $1.60 replacement fee per letter for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. We ask all clients to verify the condition of their letters upon installation.
Can I get a discount for a long-term rental?
Yes! Rentals of six months or longer may be eligible for discounted rates. Contact us to discuss custom pricing options.
Do you deliver and set up the signs?
Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and takedown of all signs so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Can I customize the message on the sign?
Absolutely! We offer personalized messages, letters, colors, and themes to match your occasion.
Are your signs weatherproof?
Yes, our signs are made from durable materials that can handle rain, wind, and sun. They are built to be outdoors!
